#2.2 Sörk - Coaches Karel Hussar and Liis‑Grete Hussar from the Kuldne Tervis sports club will lead a warm‑up and a mini‑training session to prepare participants for the University of Tartu Spring Run. Participants can choose between two intensity levels: joining a more intensive coach‑led workout or taking part in a lower‑intensity jog + walk group

What is TÜ Sörk?TÜ Sörk is a free community running group created by the Tartu Academic Sports Club. Its goal is to bring together the University of Tartu community


for friendly, non‑competitive jogs. The group meets once a week throughout the year in various locations around Tartu.
Each session lasts about 30–35 minutes, and participants can choose between two groups:
a running group (pace approx. 6:30–7:30 min/km)
a walk + jog group (intervals of 3 min jogging + 3 min walking)
This ensures that everyone can move at a pace and intensity that suits them.
Who can participate?All University of Tartu employees and students

who wish to be active are welcome.
TÜ Sörk is not focused on competition or race results.
Note: Other running enthusiasts are welcome too!
How much does it cost?All TÜ Sörk group runs are completely FREE!

When?TÜ Sörk #2.2 will take place on 07. April 2026 at 18:00

Meeting point: in front of the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club (Ujula 4, Tartu).
At the end of the run, participants can enjoy refreshing For Me drinks
